RETURN OF GOODS within 14 days

  1. email us at: info@quentino.cz
  2. carefully pack the goods
  3. send them to our address (see below) 

Please send us the completed return form (see below). The goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging, which is part of the goods. If the goods are damaged, the seller will decide on the reduction of their value. As soon as the goods arrive, we will process your request without unnecessary delay. Refunds

  • we issue refunds within 2–5 days of receiving the goods (by law, within a maximum of 14 days) 
  • the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer
  • please do not send returned goods cash on delivery (they will not be accepted)
  • refunds are made using the same payment method you used, for example GoPay or bank transfer. If you paid cash on delivery, please write in the form the bank account number to which you would like the money refunded.

Exchange of goods

To handle everything as quickly as possible, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order and simply returning the original goods. This way, you will receive the correct product without unnecessary waiting. We are a family business that values a personal approach, and we will be happy to recommend the ideal option for you.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints are governed by the Terms and Conditions. The buyer is obliged to submit a complaint (defect in the goods) to the seller without undue delay after discovering the defect. After submitting the complaint, the buyer is obliged to send the defective goods without delay. Sending the form and any confirmation of its receipt does not constitute acceptance of the complaint. After sending the form, please send the properly packed complained goods to our address Quentino | David Šeffer, Lipová 656, 747 14 Markvartovice, using any carrier delivering to the address. For faster processing, you may inform us about the complaint in advance by phone tel. +420 606 426 013 or by email info@quentino.cz. Complaints, including the remedy of the defect, are processed no later than within 30 days from the date of delivery of the complained goods.
